MP Filtri Microfiber Return Filter Elements represent the primary defense against contamination in hydraulic circuits. Their use prevents malfunctions caused by solid particles and fluid degradation linked to the presence of water—phenomena that compromise lubrication performance and the integrity of system surfaces. The operating principle is based on depth filtration: overlapping inorganic microfibers create pathways of varying size and shape, trapping impurities within openings smaller than their diameter and ensuring superior contaminant retention capacity.

Construction Features: The Multilayer Structure

The N Series (Type A), dedicated to return lines, stands out for a filter media composed of at least 5 layers, ensuring the best balance between efficiency and resistance. The element is engineered with a complex structure:

  • External PET tube: optimizes fluid flow and protects the element during assembly.
  • External wire mesh and synthetic fiber supports: protect the pleated media and pre-filter larger particles.
  • Main microfiber media: performs fine filtration with high dirt holding capacity and minimal pressure loss.
  • Internal wire mesh and perforated tube: prevent collapse and withstand differential pressure.

System efficiency is further enhanced in models equipped with MYclean technology, featuring an exclusive polygonal connection and dedicated seal. This patented design ensures the use of original replacement elements only, increasing overall system reliability.
