The Mini Water Vac Type SMWV is a dedicated purification unit that can be applied directly to the tanks of various types of machinery. This system is designed to dehydrate and clean most types of oils, including lubricating, hydraulic, transformer, and circuit breaker oils. The purified oil meets the most stringent quality requirements.<\/p>\n

Operating Principle and Vacuum Dehydration<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The unit is a self-regulating filtration system that removes particles, gases, and water. The water removal process is based on evaporation under pure vacuum inside a vacuum chamber at a maximum temperature of +65\u00b0C (+149\u00b0F). Removal performance is high:<\/p>\n

  • 100% of free water and >80% of dissolved water.<\/li>\n
  • 100% of free gases and >80% of dissolved gases. The Mini Water Vac does not remove or alter oil additives.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
