The base model of the series, FZX 011, is extremely compact, with a weight of 6.5 kg and an internal volume of 0.15 dm\u00b3. The technical design of the range \u043f\u0440\u0435\u0434\u0443\u0441\u043c\u0430\u0442\u0440\u0438 exclusively vertical mounting installation. The system offers extensive hydraulic integration possibilities, featuring standard 1\/2″ female threaded connections, along with several options including G 1\/4″, G 1\/2″, 1\/4″ NPT, 1\/2″ NPT, as well as specific Autoclave fittings for 1000 bar (9\/16″-18 UNF and 3\/4″-14 NPS).<\/p>\n

The filter’s operating performance reaches excellent standards. The maximum working pressure reaches 100 MPa (1000 bar), optimally supporting fluid flow rates up to 10 l\/min. Reliability and structural strength are validated through rigorous testing: the test pressure reaches 150 MPa (1500 bar), and the minimum burst pressure is guaranteed up to 300 MPa (3000 bar). Furthermore, severe pulse fatigue tests certify continuous resistance for up to 1,000,000 cycles with pressure variations ranging from 0 to 100 MPa.<\/p>\n

Certifications and Thermal Compatibility<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The seals, selectable according to the working fluid, determine the device’s thermal classification and safety specifications. They are available in NBR (series A), FPM (series V), or MFQ (series F). Versions equipped with NBR operate at temperatures ranging from -15\u00b0C to +80\u00b0C in “zerospark+” configuration, thus falling within temperature class T6.
