This filter series is designed to withstand maximum operating pressures up to 56 MPa (560 bar) and can handle flow rates up to 150 l\/min. To withstand these severe operating conditions, both the head and the housing, as well as the bypass valve, are entirely constructed from steel subjected to a specific thermo-chemical treatment. Structural reliability is validated through rigorous testing: filters withstand a test pressure of 84 MPa (840 bar), feature a minimum burst pressure of 168 MPa (1680 bar), and are fatigue-tested to endure up to 100,000 cycles with pressures varying from 0 to 560 bar. Installation is intended for in-line mounting exclusively in a vertical position.<\/p>\n

Valve Systems and Flow Direction<\/strong><\/h3>\n

The hydraulic fluid flow through the filter element follows a direction from the outside to the inside (from OUT to IN). The MP Filter FHA 051 Series can be configured with several valve options to suit specific hydraulic circuit dynamics.
