In addition, the components pass a fatigue test of 1,000,000 cycles with pressure variations from 0 to 42 MPa (420 bar).<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Integrated Technologies: MYCLEAN and zerospark+<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The MP Filter Series FMMXEX ATEX uses the high-performance HPX series filter element.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>The exclusive MYCLEAN design features a polygon-shaped geometry combined with dedicated seals. This system prevents the installation of non-original products, protecting machinery from improper use and ensuring the highest level of oil cleanliness.<\/li>\n<li>The zerospark+ antistatic technology solves the problem of electrostatic discharges generated by fluid passing through the filters. This prevents damage to the filter elements, the fluid, and the components, eliminating fire hazards in environments with flammable materials.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><strong>Construction Features and Materials<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>The head of these filters is made of painted cast iron in black (RAL 9005), while the housing and bypass valve are made of solid phosphated steel.
