In terms of safety and structural integrity, the test pressure is set at 63 MPa (630 bar), while the minimum burst pressure is 126 MPa (1260 bar). The component also passes fatigue tests with pulsating pressure for 1,000,000 cycles, with pressure fluctuations ranging from 0 to 42 MPa.<\/p>\n

The external housing of the filter is constructed entirely of phosphated steel, a material selected for its ability to withstand high loads and corrosion. The sealing system employs standard NBR seals (Series A), with the option to select FPM seals (Series V) for specific chemical or thermal requirements.
