The saddle system allows a pipe or flexible hose with a small outside diameter to be installed directly above a significantly larger component. This specific mounting architecture completely eliminates the need for invasive operations such as drilling, screw fastening or welding directly onto the supporting structure. The absence of mechanical and thermal processing on the cylinder prevents any damage to its structural strength and fully preserves the integrity of the original surface coatings, consequently reducing the time and costs associated with surface preparation or subsequent reworking.<\/p>\n

The standard version of these technical components is identified by code ZR-518. The clamps are manufactured from a high-performance thermoplastic elastomer with a hardness of 73 Shore-A (identified by the technical designation SA73).
