Operating Principle<\/h3>\n

The STAUFF Cushioned Clamp Assembly STC \/ SPC is specifically designed to optimise pipe fastening in hydraulic and industrial systems. The primary function of the assembly is to effectively absorb mechanical shocks and reduce vibrations transmitted through pressurised circuits. The design ensures complete isolation between the pipe and metal structures, thereby preventing galvanic corrosion. The system is engineered for direct mounting on 41.3 mm (1-5\/8 in) channel rails, such as the STAUFF SCS Channel Rail. This design significantly reduces horizontal installation space, facilitating both initial installation and retrofit procedures on existing machinery.<\/p>\n

The clamp assembly is based on modular assembly kits (identified by the suffix “K”). Each assembly consists of two steel clamp halves, one of which features an integrated threaded stud, one cushioning insert and one locking nut with a Nylon anti-loosening insert.
