Filler breathers<\/strong> provide an ideal solution for the safe and efficient management of hydraulic systems and tanks. These devices allow both the filling of hydraulic fluid and the venting of air, maintaining internal pressure within safe levels and preventing fluid leakage. The breather\u2019s structure, made from Polyamide 66<\/strong>, offers excellent resistance to harsh environmental conditions, both at high and low temperatures (from -30\u00b0C to +100\u00b0C).<\/p>\n

Available models<\/h2>\n

The most advanced models of filler breathers, such as the TCSA<\/strong>, feature venting<\/strong> through side holes and polyurethane foam filters, protecting the tank from dust and external impurities. These breathers come with NBR 70 Shore<\/strong> gaskets, ensuring excellent sealing. Additionally, the oil splash guard protects against potential oil spray, an essential feature for systems subject to high pressure.
\nVersions with a phosphated steel level rod, like the TCSZF+A<\/strong> model, allow for simple and precise fluid level monitoring. The rod can be supplied with min-max level markings and customized in length upon request to meet specific needs.<\/p>\n

Another feature is the integrated air filter<\/strong>, which regulates the airflow in more complex systems.
