The Stucchi Check Valves<\/strong>, VUZ<\/strong> Series and VU<\/strong> Series, are mechanical components designed to allow flow in one direction only within hydraulic systems. Both series are available with BSP<\/strong>, NPT<\/strong>, and SAE<\/strong> threads, and cover a wide size range from 1\/8\u201d to 2\u201d<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

\n

Construction features<\/h4>\n

The body is made of high-strength carbon steel<\/strong> with zinc plating<\/strong> for the VUZ Series, while the VU Series is treated with black phosphating<\/strong> to facilitate paint adhesion. The piston is carburized by carbonitriding<\/strong>, with metal-to-metal sealing<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

A flow direction marking<\/strong> is stamped on the valve body to aid correct installation. Springs with different cracking pressures<\/strong> are available on request. The design is compact and slim.<\/p>\n

    Pressure drops refer to the fully open valve; if the pressure is not sufficient to fully open it, the value varies.<\/p>\n

Dimensional values vary depending on size and thread, with overall lengths from 44 mm to 160 mm<\/strong>, weights from 0.08 kg to 6.90 kg<\/strong>, and wrench sizes from 14 mm to 75 mm<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

      Differences between VUZ and VU Series<\/h4>\n

      The VUZ<\/strong> Series is characterized by blue-black zinc plating<\/strong> and is also available in a phosphated version. The VU<\/strong> Series stands out for its black burnished finish<\/strong> due to phosphating treatment. Both are mechanically interchangeable<\/strong>.<\/p>\n
