The HV Geco piston motor is a variable displacement hydraulic unit designed to operate under high-pressure working conditions, delivering excellent mechanical and volumetric performance. The range includes five models (HV 200, HV 300, HV 450, HV 600, HV 700) with displacements from 205 cm\u00b3 to 701 cm\u00b3, suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.<\/p>\n

Performance and operating parameters<\/h4>\n

All models in the HV series support a maximum continuous working pressure of up to 320 bar and a peak pressure of up to 400 bar. Operating speeds range from 950 RPM (HV 700) to 1900 RPM (HV 200), offering flexibility based on system requirements.<\/p>\n

Maximum torque values are high: starting at 105 daNm for the HV 200 and reaching up to 331 daNm in the HV 700 model. Theoretical starting torque follows a consistent progression, reaching 350 daNm in the top-end model. The motor ensures high power output, with a maximum continuous power ranging from 114 kW (HV 200) to 251 kW (HV 700), and an intermittent peak of up to 335 kW.<\/p>\n

Dimensions and configurations<\/h4>\n

From a construction standpoint, HV motors feature flanges and shafts according to DIN 5480 m 2 standards. Outer dimensions (length A) range from 339 mm (HV 200) to 417 mm (HV 600 and HV 700). Hollow shaft diameters (\u00d8 40\u201350 mm) and splined male shaft diameters (\u00d8 28\u201355 mm) vary by model.<\/p>\n

SAE mounting flanges are available in 1″, 1″1\/4, and 1″1\/2 GAS configurations, with 3\/4″ GAS drain ports for all versions. The front dimension G (mounting diameter) increases progressively, from \u00d8 260 mm (HV 200) to \u00d8 330 mm (HV 700).<\/p>\n

Dynamic capacity and reliability<\/h4>\n

The HV series offers an excellent balance between specific power and compact size. All models are designed for high mechanical efficiency and reduced no-load pressure losses. The structure is also capable of withstanding high radial loads, enhancing durability and motor resistance in heavy-duty working conditions.<\/p>\n
