The GHP Marzocchi<\/strong> series represents the evolution of external gear pumps, designed to meet professional needs in both industrial<\/strong> and mobile<\/strong> sectors. Built with high-precision components, GHP pumps ensure high performance, compact design<\/strong>, and adaptability to various operating conditions<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

Available in three groups \u2013 GHP1<\/strong>, GHP2<\/strong>, GHP3<\/strong> \u2013 they cover displacements from 1.4 cm\u00b3\/rev to 87 cm\u00b3\/rev<\/strong>, with flow rates up to 124 l\/min<\/strong> (at 1500 rpm) and continuous operating pressures up to 280 bar<\/strong>, with allowable peaks up to 310 bar<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

The body is made of high-strength extruded aluminum alloy<\/strong>, while the flange and cover<\/strong> are made of spheroidal cast iron<\/strong>, ensuring uniform elasticity even under high loads. The gears, made of case-hardened, tempered, and ground steel<\/strong>, ensure smooth, quiet, and low-pulsation operation.<\/p>\n

Thanks to bushings with anti-friction sliding bearings<\/strong>, equipped with hydraulic compensation zones<\/strong> isolated by anti-extrusion seals<\/strong>, GHP pumps maintain high volumetric and mechanical efficiency<\/strong> even after thousands of hours of operation.<\/p>\n
