ALP-GHP Gear Pumps by Marzocchi<\/strong> represent the evolution of modular hydraulic technology. Designed for the assembly of high-performance multiple pumps, they are available in various configurations: front, intermediate, and rear, and can be freely combined across series and groups (ALP1-4, GHP1-3), offering maximum versatility for complex system configurations.<\/p>\n

The modular structure allows precise selection of the desired displacement<\/strong> \u2013 from 1.4 to 200 cm\u00b3\/rev \u2013 thanks to the wide available range, and customization of each element to meet specific requirements of pressure, flow rate, speed, and system compatibility.<\/p>\n

Materials and Construction<\/h3>\n

The pump bodies of the ALP series are made from high-strength extruded aluminum alloy<\/strong>, while the GHP versions feature spheroidal cast iron flanges and covers<\/strong> to ensure maximum stability even under high mechanical and thermal stress. The gears are made of specially hardened and case-hardened steel, then ground and superfinished to ensure optimal quiet operation and low pulsation levels.<\/p>\n

Die-cast aluminum bushings<\/strong> feature isolated axial and radial compensation zones with preformed seals and anti-extrusion rings, ensuring high volumetric efficiency even at high pressures.<\/p>\n
