CHM series of hydraulic cylinders<\/strong>, with adjustable proximity sensors, is derived from the CH series and follows international standards ISO 6020\/2 and DIN 24554.<\/p>\nThe compact square head construction with tie rods is suitable for all kinds of industrial applications with continuous pressure ratings up to 12 MPa.<\/p>\n
The stainless steel body construction and piston with integrated permanent magnet enable the sensor to detect the stem position. They can be used to run sequences of cycles or to determine when the desired position is reached.<\/p>\n
The sensors are mounted with special brackets along the tie rods and can be positioned along the entire stroke of the cylinder. When the sensors detect the permanent magnet integral with the piston, switching of the electrical circuit takes place.<\/p>\n
Two types of sensors are available: type KPN, electronic with high sensitivity and infinite electrical life “Hall effect” with 3-wire circuit, or type KA reed suitable for directly driving the load line with 2-wire circuit.<\/p>\n
