Piston Seals – KPDP<\/h3>\n

The KPDP seal has been specifically developed for the pneumatic sector and consists of a polyurethane ring on the dynamic side and an O-Ring on the static side. It is mainly used on double-acting cylinder pistons, and thanks to its special design, it offers the following advantages:<\/p>\n

  • perfect sealing<\/li>\n
  • high operational durability due to the excellent wear-resistant properties of the material used on the dynamic side<\/li>\n
  • limited risk of extrusion even in the presence of large fitting clearances<\/li>\n
  • simple and cost-effective housing solutions with minimal space requirements<\/li>\n
  • easy installation<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n

    Material<\/strong><\/p>\n

      \n
    • Dynamic side: thermoplastic polyurethane resin specifically developed for the production of pneumatic seals or for any other application where sealing requires abrasion resistance, flexibility, and low permanent deformation with temperature changes<\/li>\n
    • Static side: nitrile rubber (NBR) elastomer with a hardness of approximately 70 Shore A<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n

      Piston Seals – GPP<\/h3>\n

      The GPP lip seal for pistons has been specifically developed for the pneumatic sector. Thanks to its special design, the GPP profile offers the following advantages:<\/p>\n

      • compact housing requirements<\/li>\n
      • seal lip geometry designed to operate with both lubricated and dry air<\/li>\n
      • low friction at all operating pressures due to the particular flexibility of the sealing lips<\/li>\n
      • easy installation<\/li>\n
      • high operational durability due to the excellent wear-resistant properties of the material used<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
