Pressure and Temperature Specifications
These components are engineered to operate at a maximum pressure of 12 bar (174 PSI). The structure is designed to withstand a maximum differential pressure of 5 bar (72.5 PSI) in applications without a bypass valve. The operating temperature range is extremely wide, allowing use in environments from -30°C to +100°C (-22°F to +212°F), making the SSF series suitable even for harsh climatic conditions. Fluid compatibility includes mineral oils, with the option to use other fluids upon request.

- Return-line application: Flow rates up to 225 l/min (60 US GPM).
- Suction-line application: Flow rates up to 46 l/min (12 US GPM).
The filter heads can be configured with various integrated bypass valve options, essential for system protection in the event of filter element clogging. Available bypass settings include 0.2 bar (3 PSI), 0.35 bar (5 PSI), 1 bar (15 PSI), and 1.7 bar (25 PSI), as well as a version without bypass.

- SSF-120/120L: 1-1/4 NPT.
- SSF-130: SAE 1-5/16-12.
- SSF-160: SAE 1-5/8-12.
The filter heads are designed for use with SF-67 and SFC-57/58 series filter elements, utilizing a 1-1/2-16 UN element connection. In addition, 1/8 NPT ports for clogging indicators are provided, strategically positioned for suction or return-line applications.
