The Return Microfiber Filter Elements MP Filtri (Series H) represent a technologically advanced solution for the protection of hydraulic circuits. Contamination from solid particles is the primary cause of malfunction in hydraulic systems; for this reason, Series H elements operate through rigorous depth filtration. The filter media are constructed by overlapping layers of inorganic fibers, trapping particles within pathways of different shapes and sizes.

Extreme High-Pressure Resistance

Series H is specifically designed to maintain excellent filtration performance even under high differential pressure conditions. The filter media and reinforcement tube are manufactured using high-strength materials capable of withstanding a differential pressure (ΔP) of up to 210 bar (3000 psi). To support structural integrity, the element is wrapped with an external fine mesh sleeve that supports the entire filter pack.

7-Layer Construction Technology

The internal architecture of MP Filtri filter elements features a complex multilayer structure to maximize contaminant retention and minimize pressure drop:

• External PET tube: Protects the element during assembly and optimizes flow through a calculated hole distribution.
• External metal mesh: Shields the filter media from flow rate and inlet pressure, preserving the pleated material.
• External synthetic fiber support: Available in polyester or glass microfiber with pre-filtration function.
• Main filtration layer: Microfiber layer with high fine particle retention capacity.
• Internal support: Additional polyester layer protecting the microfiber media.
• Internal metal mesh: In stainless steel or carbon steel with epoxy coating, protects the element from differential pressure.
• Reinforced perforated tube: Prevents element collapse under pressure stress.

Exclusive MYclean System and Water Absorber Option

The exclusive MYclean filter element adopts a polygonal connection system with a dedicated gasket. This patented design ensures the exclusive use of original spare parts, enhancing the reliability of the entire system. In addition, Water Absorber (WA025) technology is available: an inorganic microfiber material (filtration rating 25 µm, β25(c)=1000) whose fibers expand by absorbing free water, permanently removing it from the hydraulic circuit.

Regulatory Compliance and Compatibility

Each filter element is tested according to the most stringent hydraulic industry standards. Filtration performance, including efficiency and retention capacity, is evaluated through the ISO 16889 Multi-pass test using ISO MTD contaminant. Series H filters are fully compatible with a wide range of high-pressure filter housings (FMP, FHP, FHM, FHB, HPB, FHD) and their corresponding stainless steel models (FZP, FZH, FZX, FZB, FZM, FZD).
