The FOX CR – CRX Series Fixing Clamp represents a technical solution dedicated to the installation and fastening of accumulators within hydraulic systems. The design of these components focuses on structural stability, offering reliable support through the use of resistant materials and specific construction features for hydraulic circuits.

Materials and Construction Features

The main structure of the clamps is made of galvanized steel in its standard configuration. For applications requiring different specifications or greater corrosion resistance, stainless steel versions are available upon request, specifically identified by the codes CREX, CROX, CRX and MCRX. All models feature a uniform metal thickness of 3 mm, providing high rigidity and mechanical strength to the fastening system.

Each clamp is supplied complete with rubber support rings. These elements are essential to ensure optimal adhesion to the accumulator surface and to provide a suitable support interface.

Available Variants and Series

The catalogue includes several series to adapt to different installation configurations and diameters:

  • CRE – CREX Series: This line includes models 70, 92, 100, 115, 125 and 138. The dimensions cover diameters (dimension D) from 68 mm up to 138 mm, with lengths (dimension L) ranging from 92 mm to 190 mm depending on the selected model.

  • CRO – CROX Series: Designed for a wider range of diameters, it offers models 70, 92, 114, 125, 168, 180, 219, 240 and 250. The clamping size (dimension S) ranges from a minimum of 68-73 mm up to 248-259 mm for the largest model.

  • CR – CRX Series: This variant focuses on models 114, 168 and 223. These clamps feature specific dimensions, with dimension T ranging from 180 mm to 295 mm and dimension H ranging from 66 mm to 110 mm.

  • MCR – MCRX Series (Brackets): Completing the fastening systems, support brackets are available for models 168 and 223, also featuring a 3 mm metal thickness.
