The STAUFF Double Weld Plate (Type DSP – Standard Series) is an essential technical solution for mounting and fastening components in hydraulic systems. Developed in strict compliance with DIN 3015, Part 1, this plate is designed to accommodate two clamp bodies simultaneously, optimising space and ensuring precise parallel alignment.
The design of the Type DSP plate (Twin Weld Plate) enables the paired installation of pipes, hoses or cables. By means of direct welding onto the supporting structure, the plate provides a rigid and immovable base for the clamp bodies. This configuration is suitable for applications where vibrations and mechanical shocks require solid and durable anchoring. The series covers STAUFF Group 1 and Groups 1A to 8, ensuring versatility for different diameters.
The geometry of the plate varies according to the selected STAUFF Group. For Group 1 (DIN 0), the dimensions include an L1 length of 87 mm and an S thickness of 3 mm. The subsequent groups feature progressively increasing lengths, reaching 178 mm for Group 6 (DIN 6), while maintaining a constant B width of 30 mm and an S thickness of 3 mm. The distance between the tube centres (L3) progressively varies from 40 mm (Group 1) to 90 mm (Group 6), allowing the installation to be adapted to specific requirements. The H height for the threaded fittings is standardised at 6.5 mm for the metric version and 26 mm for the UNC version.
