External Sales Technician

Looking for a salesperson for the position of
External Technical Sales Representative.

LubeTeam Hydraulic Srl is looking for an external technical sales representative who reports to the sales manager.

In particular, the main tasks will be:

  • Implementing the commercial strategy of the Sales Manager.
  • Researching new customers/distributors in the assigned area.
  • Maintaining and consolidating commercial relationships with already acquired customers.
  • Supporting the customer by proposing ad hoc solutions in terms of products, services, and consultancy.
  • Contributing to the definition of new products and services in order to meet market demands.
  • Participating in industry trade shows.
  • Independently completing the commercial negotiation in order to satisfy company objectives and above all customer needs.
  • Supervising the progress of the order/maintenance/works assigned with different company functions.

Activities to be carried out:

  • Promotion of goods and services, acquisition of new clients;
  • Management and development of customer relationships;
  • Collection of information about the market and competition.

Requirements requested:

  • Diploma/laurea in a technical field.
  • Availability for frequent travel.
  • At least three years of experience in technical-sales roles.
  • Knowledge of the sector related to hydraulic products.
  • Ability to coordinate and manage projects independently.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of the English language.
  • Autonomy and initiative.
  • Residence in neighboring provinces (not a priority).
