The Stucchi Saturn Block Quick Couplings are modular flat face systems compliant with ISO 16028, designed for hydraulic connections under residual pressure. Available in Saturn 3 and Saturn 5 series, they offer flow rates up to 200 l/min and working pressures up to 350 bar. Made of carbon steel with Cr3 treatment, they use NBR seals and are compatible with SAE and JIC threads. Ideal for applications in high impulse frequency environments.
The Stucchi Saturn Block Quick Couplings, in the Saturn 3 and Saturn 5 series, are compact modular flat face systems designed for hydraulic connections under residual pressure conditions. Both series offer compatibility with ISO 16028 standard for quick couplings.
The Saturn 3 series couplings are available in DN13, DN15 and DN17 sizes, equivalent respectively to 1/2”, 5/8” and 3/4”. The system features an integrated pressure relief mechanism via knob, allowing connection even with residual pressure on one side (on both sides if combined with the APM or AHD series).

The Saturn 5 series stands out for having two additional lines integrated into the body structure. The pressure relief system acts on all lines in two movements (pull and push the knob), allowing connection with residual pressure on one side or both sides when used with APM or AHD series.
