OFV Geco orbital motor

Description

The OFV Geco orbital motor belongs to the series of hydraulic motors with disc distribution and shaft supported by tapered roller bearings, designed for applications requiring high torque and reliability under demanding operating conditions. Side ports are G1 type, while drain ports are G1/4. The series is also available in a special version prepared for mechanical and electronic speed sensors.

The motor is suitable for high radial loads thanks to the use of tapered roller bearings, as indicated by load and lifetime curves A and B (3,000 hours at 200 RPM with B10-class bearings).

Performance and available variants

The OFV series includes six models with increasing displacements from 314.5 cm³ to 801.8 cm³, allowing for flexible selection based on speed, torque, and flow requirements.

• Maximum continuous speed ranges from 510 RPM (OFV 315) to 250 RPM (OFV 800), while intermittent speed reaches up to 630 RPM.

• Maximum continuous torque reaches 188 daNm in the OFV 800 model, with intermittent values up to 211 daNm.

• Maximum continuous power ranges from 43 kW (OFV 315 and OFV 800) to 54 kW (OFV 400, OFV 500, and OFV 630), with intermittent power up to 64 kW.

• Maximum flow rate is consistent across all models, with continuous values from 160–200 l/min and intermittent up to 240 l/min.

• Maximum pressure drop ranges from 180 to 200 bar in continuous operation and from 210 to 240 bar in intermittent operation.

• L1 from 214.5 mm to 254 mm

• L2 from 146.5 mm to 186.5 mm
