Description

The OFS Geco orbital motor belongs to a range of high-performance hydraulic motors designed with linear distribution and a hydrodynamically supported shaft. The OFS series stands out for its high volumetric efficiency, structural robustness, and ability to operate under demanding load and pressure conditions, thanks to an optimized configuration for high torque and constant flow rates.

Available models and displacements

The OFS series is available in eight models, with displacements ranging from 80.5 to 397 cm³, covering a wide range of application needs in the hydraulic sector. The variants include:

Dynamic performance

Each model in the OFS series offers optimized dynamic specifications. The maximum speed ranges from 1000 RPM (OFS 80) to 230 RPM (OFS 400) in intermittent operation, while the maximum torque reaches 100 daNm continuous (OFS 315) and 99 daNm intermittent (OFS 400). The maximum power ranges from 11 kW to 22 kW depending on the model and operating mode, ensuring high power density even in compact configurations.

Flow capacity and pressure resistance

The maximum pressure drop is uniform across the series at 210 bar in continuous mode and 250–275 bar in intermittent mode. The maximum flow rate is consistent for all models: 75 l/min in intermittent use, while in continuous use it ranges from 65 to 90 l/min depending on the model.

External dimensions

External dimensions are optimized for compact and precise installations. The total length (L1) ranges from 166 mm (OFS 80) to 221 mm (OFS 400). Other dimensional values – L2, L3, L4 – scale proportionally, allowing for perfect mechanical integration in systems where the OFS Geco orbital motor is used.
