KF Geco piston motor

Description

The KF Geco piston motor is designed for heavy-duty use in the hydraulic sector, in applications requiring high torque, optimized dimensions, and operational versatility. The series includes 13 models with displacements ranging from 83 cm³ to 6208 cm³, each calibrated to operate at a working pressure of 210 bar and rotational speed depending on the installed unit.

The models feature an axial architecture with radial pistons, a compact body, and a structure optimized for integration into industrial machines, mobile systems, and customized solutions.

Performance data

The torque output at 210 bar increases proportionally with displacement, starting from 27 daNm for the KF-80 up to 2075 daNm for the KF-6200 model. Maximum speed progressively decreases for higher displacement models, ranging from 1000 RPM for the KF-80 to 150 RPM for the KF-6200, in line with the torque and control requirements typical of high-power applications.

These motors are ideal for applications requiring maximum reliability at low speed, with the ability to transfer high power in compact spaces.

Dimensions and weight

Motor length L increases with displacement: from 231 mm for KF-80 and KF-100, up to 828 mm for the KF-6200 model. Similarly, weight varies from 25 kg (KF-80) to 792 kg (KF-6200). These values are critical for integrating the motor into complex projects, where weight and space directly impact the dynamic and structural balance of the entire system.

The KF series is suitable for continuous load conditions and intensive duty cycles, thanks to a robust and well-balanced mechanical structure.
