Cejn ultra high-pressure hydraulic couplings are advanced, highly secure solutions for the hydraulic sector, designed to operate in high-pressure environments up to 400 MPa (58,000 PSI). These couplings are ideal for applications requiring superior performance, such as in the nuclear, offshore, wind energy, oil and gas industries, and turbines, where safety and resistance to extreme operating conditions are critical.
Each Cejn hydraulic coupling is designed with safety as a top priority. Integrated safety valves and a quick bayonet-lock system provide effective protection against accidental disconnection. Additionally, the flat-face design ensures zero leakage during connection and disconnection phases, minimizing contamination risks and optimizing fluid flow. Couplings are equipped with dust caps to protect seals and prevent ingress of harmful particles.
Cejn hydraulic couplings are available in various configurations, each designed to meet specific pressure and flow requirements. The most advanced models, such as the Series 135, offer working pressures up to 400 MPa, with flow capacities up to 4.6 l/min (1.0 GPM UK). These couplings are made from hardened chrome-plated steel and engineered to withstand harsh operating conditions, featuring a burst pressure far exceeding standard hydraulic connectors.
The quality of materials used in Cejn ultra high-pressure hydraulic couplings is a major strength.
