CMM-2.2 Mobile oil plant – Transformer oil treatment

GlobeCore’s new mobile unit.

The CMM-2.2 mobile oil plant is designed to remove solid particles, water and gases from insulating oil. The unit can be operated from any facility, is easily transportable and operates quietly. The said machine is used during the installation, repair and operation of oil-filled high-voltage equipment (transformers, high-voltage switches, etc.).

The advantages of using this machine are:

• no need for sorbents, silica gel or zeolite for the oil drying process;
• the equipment is compact, protected by metal doors, can be installed on a trailer for use in place of operating a transformer;
• ease of operation and maintenance;
• low power consumption, quiet operation and high efficiency.

Operating condition range:

• +5 to + 35° C ambient temperature ( 278 to 313° К/ 8° F to 104° F);
• atmospheric pressure from 84 to 106.7 kPa (630 to 800 mm.hg);
• elevation up to 2000 meters / 6561 feet above sea level;
• outdoors and under canopy;
• indoors with adequate ventilation.
