Stucchi Ball Quick Couplings IR Series and IV-HP Series

Description

The Stucchi Ball Quick Couplings include two distinct series: IR Series, interchangeable ISO 7241-1 “A” in 1/2” size, and IV-HP Series, designed for high-pressure applications.

IR Series – ISO 7241-1 “A” Interchangeable (only 1/2” size)

The IR Series quick couplings feature a ball locking and shut-off system with single-action sleeve. Coupling and uncoupling are not allowed under pressure. The hardened steel ball valves improve wear resistance. The overall dimensions are compact.

• Working pressure: up to 300 bar.

• Spillage: from 0.13 ml (1/4″) to 6.00 ml (1″).

TIC Version (only for 1/2″): mushroom-type coupling with shielded valve that reduces “flow checking” effect when used with a connection under pressure.

IV-HP Series – High Pressure Couplings

The IV-HP Series couplings have a screw-type locking and shut-off system. Coupling/uncoupling is not allowed under pressure. They are designed for high-pressure applications.

• Max flow: 12 l/min (1/4″), 23 l/min (3/8″).

• Working pressure: 700 bar (10,000 psi).

Accessories and Spare Parts

Protection caps (IR and IV-HP Series):

• Red PVC with cord (IR).

• Black plastic or galvanized steel with cord (IV-HP).

Female seal kits:

• IR: NBR seals, separate code for each size.

• IV-HP: NBR seals (1/4”) and NBR + PTFE (3/8”).
