It is designed to pump organic binders with viscosity up to 3500 mm2/s and temperature up to +180°C.
This pump is used for the pumping of bitumen, mastics, emulsions used for waterproofing, covering works, asphalt pavement repairs as well as for pumping oil, liquid pitch, bitumen emulsions.

Pumping unit is made up of a gear pump (1) installed onto the frame (2) and connected with engine (3) by a clutch (4). The clutch is protected by protective coating (5).
The pump used is a gear pump with heating jacket. It gives the possibility to use it for pumping of liquid that must be pumped at high temperatures due to high viscosity.
This emulsion pump have got high safety level during its use.
