Filler breathers are essential for ensuring the proper operation of hydraulic systems, tanks, and hydraulic circuits. Primarily made from Polyamide 66, they provide effective protection against dust and external impurities. Equipped with NBR 70 Shore gaskets, these breathers ensure excellent sealing, preventing oil leakage even under high-pressure conditions.
The version with a level rod allows for easy monitoring of the oil quantity in the tank, while models with a polyurethane air filter protect the internal fluids. Filler breathers are available with various thread configurations and airflow capacities.
Filler breathers provide an ideal solution for the safe and efficient management of hydraulic systems and tanks. These devices allow both the filling of hydraulic fluid and the venting of air, maintaining internal pressure within safe levels and preventing fluid leakage. The breather’s structure, made from Polyamide 66, offers excellent resistance to harsh environmental conditions, both at high and low temperatures (from -30°C to +100°C).
The most advanced models of filler breathers, such as the TCSA, feature venting through side holes and polyurethane foam filters, protecting the tank from dust and external impurities. These breathers come with NBR 70 Shore gaskets, ensuring excellent sealing. Additionally, the oil splash guard protects against potential oil spray, an essential feature for systems subject to high pressure.
Versions with a phosphated steel level rod, like the TCSZF+A model, allow for simple and precise fluid level monitoring. The rod can be supplied with min-max level markings and customized in length upon request to meet specific needs.
Another feature is the integrated air filter, which regulates the airflow in more complex systems. The airflow capacity of these breathers can vary by model, up to 500 liters/minute, making them ideal for applications requiring high ventilation, such as large tanks or moving machinery.
The wide range of models includes variants with standard or tapered threads (NPT) for perfect adaptability to any type of system. The TCSA-TCSF series stands out for its valve venting system, allowing controlled air release, improving the operational efficiency of the system.
