FPL UFI
The FPL UFI delivery air filter is a high-pressure plate-mounted filter designed for side mounting on hydraulic manifolds. With a cast iron head and a steel bowl, it supports a maximum operating pressure of 31.5 MPa (315 bar) and flow rates up to 400 l/min. It offers a wide range of FormulaUFI filter media and an integrated bypass valve set at 6 bar. Ideal for heavy-duty applications with operating temperatures from -25°C to +110°C.
The FPL series by UFI Filters offers advanced solutions for high-pressure delivery filtration with side flange mounting (“manifold side mounting”). These filters are designed to be installed directly on integrated blocks or power units, eliminating the need for piping and fittings, reducing overall dimensions and minimizing pressure drops.

Side plate mounting simplifies integration into the circuit. Maintenance is facilitated by the ability to remove the bowl to replace the filter element. It is essential to follow the specified tightening torques to ensure proper sealing: 70 Nm +5/0 for the bowl and 40 Nm +5/0 for the indicator.
