The FTP gear pump from Marzocchi is the ideal solution for lubrication and low-pressure applications where low-viscosity fluids, such as fire-resistant ones, are required.
Typical applications include large lubrication systems, lubrication of machine tool guides, and lubrication and cooling of the tools themselves.
There are different types of fire-resistant fluids, generally classified as follows: oil-in-water emulsions, water polymer solutions, and synthetic anhydrous fluids.
The product is based on Marzocchi’s patented ELIKA Gear Technology, making it the perfect choice for all low-noise, low-pulsation, and high-efficiency applications.
FTP Marzocchi Gear Pumps represent an innovative solution for low-pressure and lubrication systems, where reliability, quiet operation, and efficiency at low speeds are required.
Available in versions FTP2 (7.0–35.1 cm³/rev) and FTP3 (20.4–87.1 cm³/rev), these pumps are optimized for:
Low-viscosity fluids (including fire-resistant ones: HFAE, HFAS, HFB, HFC, HFDU)
Centralized lubrication systems
Lubrication of CNC machine guides and tools
Tool cooling in industrial applications
Marzocchi patented Elika technology → helical gears with a low number of teeth
Noise reduction up to 15 dBA compared to standard gear pumps
Flow rates up to 130.7 L/min and displacements up to 87.1 cm³/rev
Compatible with multiple flanges (European/SAE), shafts (conical, cylindrical), and ports (FG/FA)
Optional pressure relief valve (VM)
