The GHP Marzocchi gear pumps are designed to ensure high hydraulic performance, structural strength, and operational durability even in demanding conditions. The GHP1, GHP2, and GHP3 range covers displacements from 1.4 to 87 cm³/rev, with pressures up to 310 bar, offering application flexibility, volumetric efficiency, and quiet operation.
Available in right-hand configuration, GHP…D, left-hand configuration, GHP…S, and reversible version, GHP…R, with a wide range of displacements for each group.
The GHP Marzocchi series represents the evolution of external gear pumps, designed to meet professional needs in both industrial and mobile sectors. Built with high-precision components, GHP pumps ensure high performance, compact design, and adaptability to various operating conditions.
Available in three groups – GHP1, GHP2, GHP3 – they cover displacements from 1.4 cm³/rev to 87 cm³/rev, with flow rates up to 124 l/min (at 1500 rpm) and continuous operating pressures up to 280 bar, with allowable peaks up to 310 bar.
The body is made of high-strength extruded aluminum alloy, while the flange and cover are made of spheroidal cast iron, ensuring uniform elasticity even under high loads. The gears, made of case-hardened, tempered, and ground steel, ensure smooth, quiet, and low-pulsation operation.
Thanks to bushings with anti-friction sliding bearings, equipped with hydraulic compensation zones isolated by anti-extrusion seals, GHP pumps maintain high volumetric and mechanical efficiency even after thousands of hours of operation.
