High-Pressure Microfiber Filter Elements MP Filtri (Series N)

The High-Pressure Microfiber Filter Elements MP Filtri (Series N) provide maximum protection for hydraulic systems against solid particle contamination. Designed with patented MYclean polygonal connection technology, they ensure ultra-high-efficiency depth filtration. The multilayer structure combines metal meshes and inorganic microfiber to optimize solid contaminant retention. They are ideal for ensuring reliability and performance on pressure lines up to 20 bar.

Description

Maximum Protection for Hydraulic Systems

The High-Pressure Microfiber Filter Elements MP Filtri (Series N) are designed to protect hydraulic systems from contamination by solid particles and water. Contamination is the primary cause of malfunction in hydraulic circuits, as it leads to the degradation of lubrication performance. These filters operate according to the principle of mechanical retention through depth filtration: the media consist of overlapping layers of inorganic microfiber that trap particles within pathways of various sizes.

MYclean Technology and Multilayer Structure

The exclusive MYclean filter element features a polygonal connection system and a dedicated gasket, ensuring the exclusive use of original spare parts to safeguard system reliability. The internal and external structure of the filter is engineered across seven functional layers:

  • Level 1: An external PET tube protects the media during assembly and maintenance while optimizing flow distribution.
  • Levels 2 and 6: Metal meshes (available in stainless steel or carbon steel with epoxy coating) protect the pleated material from flow and pressure variations.
  • Levels 3 and 5: Polyester support layers directly protect the microfiber filter media.
  • Level 4: The microfiber core ensures primary filtration, combining high retention capacity with low pressure drop.
  • Level 7: A reinforced internal perforated tube prevents structural collapse caused by differential pressure.

Filtration Ratings and Water Absorber Option

Filtration performance is validated according to the ISO 16889 Multi-pass standard, with a Beta filtration ratio greater than 1000 for ratings A03 (3 micrometers), A06 (6 micrometers), A10 (10 micrometers), A16 (18 micrometers) and A25 (25 micrometers). The WA025 filter element with absorbent material is also available, specifically designed to chemically bind free water and permanently remove it from the fluid.

High-Pressure Variants and Series

The range includes several series to meet specific pressure and circuit configuration requirements:

  • Series N: High-efficiency filter media for lines with differential pressure up to 20 bar (290 psi).
  • Series H: Reinforced elements with external fine mesh sleeve, capable of withstanding extreme differential pressures up to 210 bar (3000 psi).
  • Series R: Pleated filter media for differential pressures up to 20 bar (290 psi), ideal for reverse flow circuits with bypass valve.
  • Series S: Reinforced structure designed to resist collapse up to 210 bar (3000 psi), intended for filters without bypass in reverse flow circuits.

All filters fully comply with major hydraulic industry standards, including ISO 2941 (collapse resistance), ISO 2942 (manufacturing integrity) and ISO 2943 (fluid compatibility).
