The High-Pressure Stainless Steel Filter Elements MP Filtri protect hydraulic systems from solid and water contamination. Equipped with stainless steel components and high-efficiency pleated filter media, they ensure differential pressure resistance up to 210 bar (3000 psi). Series U, including models FZP, FZH, FZX, FZB, FZM and FZD, provides maximum reliability thanks to the reinforced internal support tube.
The High-Pressure Stainless Steel Filter Elements MP Filtri represent an advanced technological solution for protecting hydraulic systems from solid particle and water contamination. Solid particles are the primary cause of malfunction and failure in hydraulic systems, while the presence of water leads to the degradation of lubrication performance and surface protection provided by the fluid.
The effectiveness of these filters is based on two main mechanical retention methodologies:
The internal architecture of MP Filtri elements integrates seven levels of support and protection:
Series U (Type A) defines the technical standard for High-Pressure Stainless Steel Filter Elements MP Filtri. These components use high-efficiency pleated filter media and a reinforced internal support tube that ensures exceptional differential pressure resistance, capable of operating up to 210 bar (3000 psi). All metallic components of the element are strictly manufactured in stainless steel. This robust configuration is implemented in models FZP, FZH, FZX, FZB, FZM and FZD.
The range includes Water Absorber (WA025) solutions in 25 micron inorganic microfiber, ensuring absolute filtration of solid particles at Beta 25(c) = 1000 and permanently removing free water from the system through polymer fibers that expand during absorption. In addition, the exclusive MYclean technology uses a polygonal connection system protected by international patents, requiring the exclusive use of original spare parts to guarantee perfect hydraulic system reliability.
Filtration performance is validated through the ISO 16889 Multi-pass test, which accurately evaluates efficiency and retention capacity in relation to differential pressure by introducing ISO MTD test dust. All elements comply with stringent hydraulic industry standards, including ISO 2941 for collapse resistance, ISO 2943 for fluid compatibility and ISO 4406 for contamination coding.
