The compact integrated motor-pump units with direct drive are composed of Berarma pumps and B3-B14 hollow-shaft electric motors.
The direct coupling system significantly reduces axial dimensions as it allows the elimination of intermediate components between pump and motor (couplings, lanterns, supports…), ensuring perfect coaxiality between the two shafts and preventing dangerous misalignments that could cause abnormal wear.
The GMP units are designed for Berarma GR.05 and GR.1 pumps (displacements up to 32 cm3/rev and pressures up to 250 bar) using high-efficiency three-phase asynchronous electric motors with special flanges (rated power 0.75 – 7.5 kW).
The Motor-Pump Unit is quick and easy to install, as it can be mounted directly onto the hydraulic power pack (the use of anti-vibration mounts is recommended).
The GMP Berarma Motor Pump is an integrated direct-drive motor-pump unit, developed to reduce costs and dimensions and to simplify installation.
