OFP Geco orbital motor

Description

The OFP Geco orbital motor is a hydraulic motor with linear valve distribution and hydrodynamic bearing shaft, designed to ensure high performance across a wide range of configurations. The OFP series includes standard versions and wheel motors (OFPW and OFPW N), all also available in variants with electronic speed sensor, Ø 25 mm shaft, and corrosion-resistant components.

Available shaft types

The motor can be configured with:

• DIN 5482 splined shaft

• SAE 6B splined shaft (max load 800 daN)

• Tapered shaft Ø 28.5 mm with 1:10 taper

• Cylindrical shaft Ø 32:68 mm

Hydraulic connections

All models include:

• Side ports: G1/2

• Rear ports: G1/2

• Drain ports: G1/4

Wheel versions

The following configurations are available:

• OFPW: wheel motor with hydrodynamic bearings

• OFPW N: wheel motor with needle bearings

The OFP range includes displacements from 32 cm³ to 396 cm³, divided into models:
OFP 32, 40, 50, 80, 100, 125, 160, 200, 250, 315, 400

Maximum speed (RPM)

• From 150 RPM (OFP 400, continuous) up to 1560 RPM (OFP 32, continuous)

• In intermittent mode, up to 1720 RPM (OFP 32)

Maximum torque (daNm)

• Continuous: from 4.3 to 50 daNm

• Intermittent: up to 59 daNm

Maximum power (kW)

• Continuous: from 5.8 to 10.1 kW

• Intermittent: up to 12.8 kW

Maximum pressure drop (bar)

• Continuous: from 95 to 175 bar

• Intermittent: up to 200 bar (all models)

Maximum flow rate (l/min)

• Continuous: from 50 to 60.6 l/min

• Intermittent: all models reach 75 l/min

The dimensional values L1, L2, L3, and L4 vary depending on the displacement:

• L1: from 130 mm to 176.6 mm

• L2: from 145.1 mm to 190.6 mm

• L3: from 151.1 mm to 196.6 mm

• L4: from 70.8 mm to 116.3 mm
