OFT Geco orbital motor with shaft supported by tapered roller bearings and disc-type distribution. Available in six displacements from 161.1 to 523.6 cm³, it delivers torque up to 137 daNm, maximum flow rate of 150 l/min, and power up to 40 kW. Designed for pressures up to 240 bar, it is also available in short and wheel versions, with optional mechanical or electronic speed sensor.
The OFT Geco orbital motor is a high-efficiency hydraulic unit, designed with disc-type distribution and a shaft supported by tapered roller bearings—an optimized solution for high radial loads and demanding applications. The range consists of seven displacement variants: 161.1 – 201.4 – 251.8 – 326.3 – 410.9 – 523.6 cm³, covering a wide spectrum of performance requirements.
All models in the OFT series offer a maximum continuous speed ranging from 625 RPM for the smaller sizes to 240 RPM for the 523.6 cm³ model. In intermittent mode, speeds reach up to 780 and 285 RPM, respectively. Continuous torque ranges from 47 to 122 daNm, with intermittent peaks up to 137 daNm for the largest model.
Maximum continuous power starts at 26.5 kW for the smallest model, going up to 33.5 kW for the mid-range sizes, and peaking at 40 kW in intermittent operation. This makes the OFT Geco orbital motor suitable for applications with high torque demand and cyclic operation.
Maximum allowable pressure drop in continuous service ranges from 160 to 200 bar, while in intermittent mode it reaches up to 240 bar for nearly all sizes. Maximum flow rate is 100–125 l/min in continuous use and up to 150 l/min intermittently for all configurations.
Overall lengths (L1) range from 190 to 235 mm, while dimensions L2 and L3 scale proportionally with displacement. The motor is compatible with splined shafts (1½” SAE, 1.5118” SAE), tapered shafts (1:10 taper), and P.T.O. shafts according to ISO/R500. It is also available in OFTS (short motor) and OFTW (wheel motor) versions. All models can be supplied with mechanical or electronic speed sensor options.
