High pressure quick couplings with flat face valve (A-HP series) or ball valve (IV-HP series), made of carbon steel with Cr3 treatment, available in sizes from 1/8” to 3/8”. Working pressure up to 700 bar, NBR seals with anti-extrusion PTFE elements in the 3/8” version. Push or mechanical screw connection systems, BSP/NPT threads. The Stucchi High Pressure Quick Couplings ensure safety and tightness in critical hydraulic circuits.
The Stucchi High Pressure Quick Couplings include the A-HP and IV-HP series, developed for high-pressure applications up to 700 bar in the most demanding hydraulic sectors. Both series offer compact, modular and robust configurations with clearly defined technical specifications.
The A-HP Series features a flat face valve that facilitates cleaning, reduces contamination in the hydraulic circuit and minimizes both fluid leakage during disconnection and air inclusion during connection. The internal design is optimized to reduce pressure drop and improve circuit efficiency.

The IV-HP Series uses hardened steel ball valves, a mechanical screw connection and a high-strength carbon steel body with Cr3 treatment. Designed for high-pressure applications, it is easy to use and offers a compact construction.
