The Stauff OLS offline filters represent the ideal solution for any industrial application involving hydraulic or lubrication systems. These units draw fluid from the tank, filter it, and pump clean oil back into the system. The unit can continue operating even when the main system is not in use.

Operating Principle and Benefits

The system uses an integrated motor-pump unit (gear pump). Key benefits include:

• High capacity: The standard range covers tanks with capacities of up to 10,800 liters (2,853 gal).
• Deep filtration: Uses SRM series filter elements (available in 0.5 micron cellulose, glass fiber, or polymer) to achieve high cleanliness levels.

Design Features and Configurations

The OLS series is available with two different element lengths (300 mm or 600 mm) and several housing configurations:

• OLS-1-30 / OLS-1-60: Single housing (1 housing).
• OLS-2-30 / OLS-2-60: Double housing (2 housings).
• OLS-4-30 / OLS-4-60: Quadruple housing (4 housings).

Technical Specifications and Performance

Performance varies depending on the selected model:

• Flow rate: From 2.1 l/min to 17 l/min (depending on the model).
• Pressure: Max differential pressure 6.2 bar; Max housing pressure 20 bar.
• Fluid viscosity: Operating range from 20 to 160 cSt.
• Temperature: Maximum fluid temperature +80°C.

SRM Filter Elements

The unit is compatible with a wide range of SRM series replacement elements:

• Cellulose: 0.5 micron.
• Inorganic glass fiber: 1, 3, 5, 10, 20 microns.
• Water-absorbing elements (EA): 5 microns, glass fiber and polymer.
