• Flexible Configuration: The cart can be assembled with a single or double filter head, providing operational flexibility depending on application requirements.
• Flow Performance: The unit delivers flow capacities of 19 l/min (5 GPM) or 38 l/min (10 GPM).
• Drive System: Equipped with a 1 HP electric motor, available in single-phase or three-phase versions, protected by a thermal overload relay.
• Structure: The welded frame ensures robustness while maintaining a low weight of 52 kg (115 lbs).
• Control and Safety: Includes On/Off push buttons, visual clogging indicators, and a filter head with an integrated bypass valve.

SPFC-10 Variant and Advanced Monitoring

For applications requiring higher capacity, the range includes the SPFC-10 model. This unit is supplied as standard with a 125 µm suction element and two double heads, maximizing the filtration capacity of the cart.

• Heavy-Duty Equipment: Features a robust welded frame complete with a drip tray and tool tray.
• Flow Management: Integrates a 3-way ball valve for filter bypass and handles a flow rate of 38 l/min.

Filter Element Specifications and Fluids

Both units (SCFC-05/10 Filtration Systems and SPFC) use spin-on elements for quick and easy replacement. Filter elements are available with filtration ratings of 3, 6, 12, and 25 µm, as well as water-absorbing elements. The systems are designed for mineral oil-based fluids with a viscosity range between 10 and 150 mm²/sec (cSt).
