Design and Construction Features

The SPFC-10 model stands out for its robustness and operational functionality.

• Heavy-Duty Structure: The cart is built on a welded heavy-duty frame, equipped with solid rubber wheels to ensure excellent mobility within maintenance departments.
• Ergonomics and Safety: It includes oil-resistant rubber handles, an integrated drip tray, hooks for hose storage, and a lockable toolbox/storage compartment.
• Motor and Pump: The unit is powered by an electric motor (available in single-phase or three-phase, 1 HP) capable of delivering a flow rate of 38 L/min (10 GPM), complete with On/Off push buttons and power cable.

Two-Stage Filtration Technology

The SPFC-10 Filtration Systems use a two-stage configuration to maximize fluid cleanliness:

1. Pre-filtration: Performed by an integral magnetic core that captures ferrous particles.
2. Final Filtration: The fluid then passes through micro-glass elements (standard 10 micron), ensuring removal of fine particles.

The unit is supplied as standard with two double filter heads to maximize filtration capacity and with a 3-way ball valve that allows filter bypass when required. Filter elements are available with filtration ratings of 3, 6, 12, and 25 microns, as well as specific versions for water absorption.

Monitoring and Fluid Specifications

These systems are designed for mineral oil-based fluids with a viscosity range between 10 and 150 mm²/sec (cSt). For accurate contamination control, the SPFC-10 model is also available in a “Condition and Monitoring” configuration, which incorporates the Stauff LPM-II particle monitor to analyze fluid cleanliness levels in real time. The unit includes visual clogging indicators to signal when element replacement is required.
