Cejn Thermal Control Couplings are quick couplings specifically designed for liquid cooling systems used in power electronics, data centers, medical imaging, digital transmitters, industrial electric vehicles, and other thermally critical applications. The products deliver high performance through an optimized flow capacity, low pressure drop, and dry-break couplings to prevent leakage during disconnection.

General Features

The entire range is designed for low-pressure applications (up to 20 bar) and includes valved (double shut-off) and valveless configurations. The flat-face design of the ultraFLOW and Non-Drip models allows clean, drip-free connections, helping protect sensitive electronic components. All couplings are leak- and function-tested.

Materials and Seals

Construction materials include:

• Hard anodized aluminum for lightweight and mechanical strength (series 287–787)

• Stainless steel AISI 316 / 316L (EN 1.4404) for corrosion resistance and compatibility with deionized water (series 288, 588, 788, 277–777)

• Nickel-plated brass for reliability and compactness (series 267–767, 701–921)

Seals are available in:

• EPDM, suitable for glycol and water

• FPM (Viton®), for increased chemical compatibility

• Fluorosilicone, for critical or low-temperature applications

• NBR, used in specific models such as DLC DN5/DN3 for vibration-prone environments

Flow Rates, Diameters and Pressure

Flow values range from Kv 0.39 (Cv 0.45) in the DN 4.0 mm series up to Kv 15.7 (Cv 18.2) in the DN 20 mm series. The maximum operating pressure is 10 bar for ultraFLOW and Blind-Mate series, and up to 20 bar for Non-Drip and Full-Flow versions.

• Series 787 (aluminum, DN 20 mm): Kv 15.7 – Max 10 bar

Available Series

UltraFLOW – Flat-face valved series (DN 5–20 mm). Made from aluminum or stainless steel. Available with EPDM or Fluorosilicone seals. High flow rates, leak-free connections.
Non-Drip – Low-pressure valved couplings (DN 4–19 mm), with nickel-plated brass or stainless steel body. Compact design and optional key coding to prevent mismatching.
Full-Flow – Valveless couplings with completely unrestricted flow. Made from nickel-plated or polished stainless steel. Diameters up to DN 51 mm. Available with color-coded rings and safety lock options.
Blind-Mate (Auto-Coupling) – Automatic rack-mount couplings, with self-aligning connection. Available in DLC DN5 (aluminum) and DN3 (stainless steel) versions, with NBR seals. Suitable for pressurized connect/disconnect, vibration resistance, and industrial environments.
