TSS – Transformer Safety System

Oil processing can involve a variety of emergencies (oil leaks, air in hoses, etc.), wasting valuable time as well as incurring unplanned costs.

To improve the safety of oil processing, GlobeCore recommends connecting oil processing systems through TSS.
This system can be used by the energy industry, as well as oil equipment maintenance facilities.

A STANDARD TSS SYSTEM CONSISTS OF:

1- Two valves;
2- Oil level sensor;
3- Set of cables;
4- Control cabinet.

The TSS, Transformer Safety System, is used to connect the following types of equipment to the transformer:

1- Oil filtering equipment;
2- Oil degassing systems;
3- oil drying units.

The oil purification equipment is connected to a transformer through the upper and lower ports. Each port is equipped with an automatic valve, which stops the unit when necessary, e.g., when a leakage of oil.
