UH210 FEATURES
ATHALON – PALL FILTERS
Description
The Athalon UH210 filter by Pall Corporation is an advanced filtration system designed to provide sustained and high-level protection for fluid systems in all applications, regardless of severity. With industry-leading filtration efficiency, BetaX(C)=2000 according to ISO 16889, this filter ensures the highest performance available today.
Specifically, it features the following characteristics:
- Flow and Pressure: The Athalon UH210 filter handles flows up to 230 L/min (60 US gpm) and pressures up to 414 bar (6000 psi), making it suitable for a wide range of high-pressure industrial applications.
- Fluid Compatibility: This filter is compatible with all petroleum-based oils and most water glycols, water-oil emulsions, and synthetic hydraulic and lubrication fluids.
- Temperature Range: The filter can operate in a temperature range from -29 ˚C to 120 ˚C (-20 ˚F to 248 ˚F), with a maximum of 60 ˚C (140 ˚F) in HWCF or water glycol fluids.
- Construction Materials: The filter is constructed with ductile iron head and cover and carbon steel tube, ensuring robustness and durability.
- Filter Element: The filter element is made of inorganic fibers impregnated and bonded with epoxy resins, with polymer endcaps and anti-static media design.
- Innovative Features: It includes a patented Ultipleat (laid-over pleat) filter media pack, Pall Stress-Resistant Technology (SRT) media, a coreless filter element configuration, and low clean differential pressure for low-energy operation.
- Advantages: It keeps fluids clean for a longer duration, offering exceptional value. It provides consistent and reliable protection of system components throughout the filter element’s lifespan, rapidly achieving and maintaining the required fluid system cleanliness, and maximizing filter capacity in the smallest footprint.
