UT210 FEATURES
ATHALON – PALL FILTERS
Description
The Pall Corporation’s Athalon UT210 filter is an advanced filtration system designed to provide sustained and high-level fluid system protection in all applications, regardless of their severity. With industry-leading filtration efficiency, BetaX(C)=2000 according to ISO 16889, this filter ensures the highest performance available today.
Technical Features of the Athalon UT210 Filter:
- Flow Rate and Pressure: The Athalon UT210 filter handles flows up to 265 L/min (70 US gpm) and pressures up to 10 bar (145 psi), making it suitable for a wide range of industrial applications.
- Fluid Compatibility: This filter is compatible with all petroleum-based oils and most aqueous glycols, oil-water emulsions, and synthetic hydraulic and lubrication fluids.
- Temperature Range: The filter can operate in a temperature range from -29 ˚C to 120 ˚C (-20 ˚F to 248 ˚F), with a maximum of 60 ˚C (140 ˚F) in HWCF fluids or aqueous glycols.
- Construction Materials: The filter is constructed with aluminum head and tube and a polyamide cover, ensuring lightweight and durability.
- Filtration Element: The filtration element is made of inorganic fibers impregnated and bonded with epoxy resins, with polymer end caps and anti-static design of the media.
- Innovative Features: It includes a patented Ultipleat filter media package (pleated overlap), Pall Stress-Resistant (SRT) media technology, a coreless filtration element configuration, and a low clean differential pressure for low-energy operation.
- Benefits: Keeps fluids cleaner for a longer duration, offering exceptional value. Provides consistent and reliable protection of system components throughout the filter element’s lifespan, quickly achieving and maintaining the required fluid system cleanliness, and maximizing filter capacity in minimal space.
