UVM 4.0 (4000 LT/H) – Degassing Unit

The Globecore UVM-4.0 unit (4000 lt/h) is a mobile unit intended for oil treatment of power transformers up to and including 1150KV, for sludge filtration, degassing and oil drying.

The unit can also be, used for heating oil on vacuum transformers for maintenance, oil loading and unloading.

The unit is not suitable for operation in explosive and poisonous environments that react with lubricants.
When operating the UVM 4.0 unit (4000 lt/h), in closed environments, it is necessary to ensure the removal of gases evacuated to the atmosphere by vent piping.

The unit can treat mineral transformer oils with the following characteristics:

Kinematic viscosity, mm2/s, by 50 °С        2…12;
Density by 20°С, kg/m3          800…950;
Oil humidity, ppm, max                       50;
Industrial purity class ISO 4406                14
