The Miselli Filler Cap TCZ – TCZS Series represents a highly reliable technical solution for closing circuits and tanks in hydraulic systems. This threaded cap is designed with a specific knurled head, which facilitates gripping and manual handling during filling or maintenance procedures.
Materials and Construction
The component structure is molded from high-quality thermoplastic material, specifically Polyamide 66. The use of this polymer gives the cap excellent mechanical resistance, making it capable of operating optimally at both high and low temperatures. In addition, the material ensures remarkable dimensional stability over time and high impact resistance, providing durability and safety in demanding industrial environments.
Sealing Details and Temperature Range
To prevent fluid leakage and protect the system from contamination, the cap is equipped with a dedicated sealing gasket. This seal is made through an O-Ring in synthetic rubber with a hardness of 70 Shore. Operationally, the component is approved to tolerate an operating temperature ranging from a lower limit of -30°C to an upper limit of +100°C.

Models of the TCZS series are knurled oil filler caps equipped with a breather system. In these versions, a dedicated breather hole is made directly on the knurled grip, with a diameter ranging from 2 to 3.5 mm.
Visual Identification and Customizations
The standard color for the entire production line is black. For immediate identification, the standard TCZ-TCZS codes are provided with a filling graphic symbol accompanied by the wording “OIL”. For specific applications, codes TCZ/TCZS 114, 112 and 2 are supplied with the wording “GASOIL DIESEL” and can be requested, according to customer indication, in red. The wide dimensional availability includes connections with GAS threads (from G1/4″ to G2″) and connections with metric threads (from M14x1.5 to M22x1.5).
