AMI Flow Regulators
AMI flow regulators represent the ideal solution for precise flow rate control in hydraulic circuits. Available in multiple configurations, including versions with a subtractive flow divider, anti-blocking valve, and inversion function. These regulator blocks, which can be flanged on the top or bottom and are reversible (P or T side), handle maximum input flow rates from 30 l/m up to 50 l/m. The product codes (complete available families) are: H72, H72A, H72B, H72C, H72D, H72I.
The AMI Flow Regulators constitute an advanced range of accessories specifically designed for directional control valves within complex hydraulic systems. These mechanical and hydraulic devices ensure strict and reliable fluid management, allowing for the exact partialization of the flow rate towards the regulated port, which is technically identified in the diagrams with the abbreviation A(R). Simultaneously, they allow the correct deviation of the excess flow, indicated by the letter E. Thanks to their modular and compact design, these components integrate optimally into a wide range of circuits, ensuring consistent performance.
The technical architecture of the AMI Flow Regulators is distinguished by the possibility of integrating specialized valves, diversified according to the selected version. Some models, in particular the H72A series, are equipped with an anti-blocking valve (indicated as VB in hydraulic diagrams), an essential element to prevent overpressures or unexpected blockages of the hydraulic system during regulation phases. Other variants, such as the H72I model, feature an inversion valve (identified by VI), which significantly expands the directional capabilities of the circuit. The blocks offer standardized connections for the regulation terminals (R).
The series offers high installation flexibility on hydraulic directional control valves. Mounting options include flanging on the top or, alternatively, on the bottom (as in the case of the H72B model). Most of the regulator blocks flanged on top have been designed to be fully reversible; this means that the modules can be installed indifferently on both the “P” (pressure) side and the “T” (tank) side. The H72D version is an exception, featuring a top flanging dedicated exclusively to the “T” side.
