Description

The HF Geco piston motor series represents a range of high-efficiency hydraulic units with fixed displacement, designed to deliver top performance in both industrial and mobile applications. The available models—HF 100, HF 200, HF 300, HF 450, HF 600, and HF 700—cover a broad spectrum of torque, power, and speed requirements.

Hydraulic and mechanical performance

HF Geco motors operate with a maximum pressure of 320 bar and a maximum flow rate of 400 l/min across all models. Rotation speed ranges from 10 to 2000 RPM (HF 100), down to 950 RPM for the HF 700 model. Delivered power ranges from 77 kW (HF 100) to 337 kW (HF 700) under intermittent conditions. Maximum torque is proportional to displacement, reaching up to 1250 Nm in the HF 700.

Each motor ensures high performance thanks to excellent volumetric and mechanical efficiency, with low no-load pressure losses. The robust construction and compatibility with radial loads make them ideal even in demanding operating conditions.

Dimensional characteristics

Motor body dimensions vary by model: length A ranges from 241 mm (HF 100) to 390 mm (HF 700), while diameter ØB ranges from 160 mm to 270 mm. Models are available with male splined shafts (DIN 5480) and through-type female shafts, with different diameters and lengths to suit a wide range of installation requirements.

Threaded ports comply with SAE standards, with configurations including 1″, 1″1/4, and 1″1/2 GAS, and drain ports ranging from 1/2″ to 3/4″ GAS, ensuring connection versatility.

Applications and configurations

All models in the HF Geco piston motor range can be customized with keyed hollow or semi-hollow shafts, based on project needs. They are designed to operate reliably even under heavy-duty and continuous cycles.
