The components of the AMI lever side options family represent fundamental equipment for the advanced configuration of hydraulic directional control valves. This ecosystem of accessories has been designed to meet the strict technical requirements of fluid control in industrial applications, ensuring directional precision, operational ergonomics, and mechanical protection of the valve groups. Compatibility is extended to a wide selection of directional control valves of the series, including models AMI 3, AMI 4, AMI 5C, AMI 12C, AMI 21R, AMI 130, AMI 250, AMI 300, AMI 42C, AMI 700, AMI 012, and AMI 013.
The range offers targeted solutions for the protection and actuation of the spools. Option H3 consists of a dust scraper flange mounted directly on the spool, essential for preserving the seals from external particulate contamination. The overall dimensions vary from 28 mm to 54 mm depending on the directional control valve size. For mechanical actuation, the H6 device ensures cam control of the spool. Alternatively, the H61 option provides actuation via a mechanical pusher without a lever rod. The H51 variant is also available, equipping the spool with a specific spherical terminal.
In hydraulic architectures that require strict travel management, the H8 device integrates a stroke limiter directly within the lever group, with maximum dimensions reaching 100 mm for high-flow directional control valves such as AMI 700, AMI 42C, and AMI 12C. At the regulatory level, the H19 and H19A options introduce an actuation lever group compliant with the strict EMPI standards, implementing a high-security syringe release system. The compatible rods for the H19 system are calibrated in three fixed lengths: 140 mm, 170 mm, and 200 mm.
The user interface is highly modular. The H16 device proposes a joystick actuation lever group with cross (+) movement, without a rod, optimal for simultaneous axis movement. The lever groups for direct spool actuation (R3 series and the lowered R3/B version) are also supplied without a lever rod. The rod groups of the R4 series, equipped with standard M10 threading, feature an anatomical grip available in multiple colors for visual mapping of controls: standard version, red (R4/R), yellow (R4/G), and green (R4/V). Option R6 instead adopts a classic spherical grip. All M10 rod groups can be supplied in structural lengths of 150, 200, 250, 300, 400, and 500 mm.
The installation geometry is maximized by the lever group orientation devices: the H36 setup is the standard configuration, alongside the H37, H38, and H39 positioning variants, based on the supporting surface. Finally, for integration into automated systems, option H35 provides for the replacement of the manual lever group with a module pre-arranged for remote control.
